  If water cannot be heated via the integrated heating element in AUTOMATIC mode on your Ferroli Heat Pump, try switching off the equipment and checking the safety thermostat of the heating element inside the equipment, resetting it if necessary. Note: Draining part of the water and adjusting parameter P32 should only be done by a qualified installer. Also, verify that the heating element safety thermostat has not been activated.

  If water cannot be heated via the heat pump in ECO or AUTOMATIC mode on your Ferroli Heat Pump, try switching the equipment off, then switch it on again after a few hours. If this doesn't resolve the issue, qualified installers should disconnect the equipment from the mains, drain about 50% of the water from the tank, refill it, and switch the equipment on again in ECO mode.
