• Make sure that assembly is carried out when the device is disconnected
from the power and compressed air supplies.
Note
Damage to components and functioning faults!
• Observe the regulations for handling electrostatically sensitive
components.
• Fit only an electronic module 3 of the same type.
2. Disassembly

• Loosen the screws 2 of the
VPPM-… 1.
• Pull the VPPM-… 1 carefully
without tilting away from the
sub-base 6.
• Make sure that the seal 7 is
still seated in groove (X) of
the VMPA-… 3.

• Place the seal 7 in
groove (X) again.

• Loosen the screws 4 of the
VMPA-… 3.
• Pull the VMPA-… 3 carefully
away from the sub-base 6.
3. Preparing for assembly

• Remove the protective
cap 5 from the VMPA-… 3.
4. Assembly

• Insert the VMPA-… 3 in the
sub-base 6.
• Tighten the screws 4.
Maintain the permitted
tightening torque.
• Place the VPPM-… 1 on the
sub-base 6.
Maintain the permitted
tightening torque.
