7 Commissioning
7.1 Switch on/off
The switch [1-1] is an on/off switch (I = ON, 0 =
OFF).
When the battery is empty, or if there
is a power failure or the mains plug is
removed, move the on/off switch im
mediately to the Off position. This
prevents uncontrolled restarting.

Pressing the green button on the capacity dis
play [1-3] shows the charge status of the bat
tery pack:

40 - 70%

Recommendation: Charge

7.3 Mains adapter

► In North America, only Festool machines
with the voltage specifications 120 V/60 Hz
may be used.
The mains adapter (available as an accessory
