Fill Level (FT-75)
This function is the same as the X-ray Counts function only the
information displayed is not in x-ray counts, but instead in the fill
level unit of measurement such as ml (milliliters) and mg. (milli-
grams). At any given fill level, the corresponding x-ray count for
that fill level will be displayed in the X-ray Counts function.
Autoshutter Status (FT-70)
The Electronic Autoshutter is activated when the conveyor stops
for more than one-eighth second. When the autoshutter is
activated no inspection occurs and Error 123 displays.
The Electronic Autoshutter has two settings:
• Auto: The shutter closes and opens automatically in accor-
dance with the conveyor motion.
• Open: Forces the shutter to remain open for a maximum of
minutes. When 5 minutes is exceeded, the setting automati-
cally reverts to Auto.
Target Head Height
Displays the head height setting for the current container type.
This setting and the height indicated in the Head Height Counter
(Figure 3-1 on page 3-3) should match.
X-ray Status (FT-70)
This function activates or deactivates the X-ray Generator. When
the X-ray Status is off Error 123 displays and the warning beacon
flashes.
The X-ray Status is automatically disabled when the Safety
Interlock Switch is turned off. To turn the X-ray Status back on you
must:
1. Turn the Safety Interlock Switch on.
2. Press Key 1 until X-RAY STATUS appears.
3. Press the Arrow Key to turn the X-ray Source Status on. The
generator will take approximately 5 seconds to reach full
power and begin generating of x-rays.
Current X-ray Counts (FT-75)
The X-ray count the X-ray detector is currently registering.
