If you notice a continuous flow of water to the drain in your First Sales Water Filtration System, it could be due to several reasons. First, check that the electrical outlet is functioning, as a loss of power during regeneration can cause this issue. Also, verify the timer programming. Debris in the control valve or an internal leak could also be the cause; in these cases, disassemble and clean the control valve, or replace the seals and/or piston. Finally, a faulty drive motor can also cause this problem, so consider replacing it.
