IMPORTANT: For the secure transport of the load, the bike carrier is equipped with a belt, with
which all bicycles must be lashed to the mounting bracket. Ensure through the sufcient tensio-
ning of the belt that this is correctly installed (Fig. G4 / page 11).

To fold down the bike carrier, hold the top of it in your hand and at the same time press the bars
down with your feet (1-2 Fig. H / page 13). To prevent injuries and damages, the lead person must
employ the help of a second person in tilting the bike carrier. To lock, raise the bike carrier until
the tilting device snaps completely into place and moves from the tilting position (Fig. I / page 13)
into the locked position (Fig. L / page 13).
• Wipe off your coupling bike carrier regularly with a damp cloth.
• Do not use any chemical cleaning materials.
• Ensure that the trailer coupling of your vehicle is dry and free of grease.
• Do not store your coupling bike carrier in the open, but in a dry location (basement, garage).
• Damaged parts may no longer be used and must be replaced.
• After a fall, check the accessory for possible damages. In case of damage, the damaged part
may no longer be used and must be replaced.
