Caring for your Aluminium
Never use less than 10g of detergent in wash to ensure adequate Al protection during the
wash. Load utensils in the dishwasher so the rinse water can reach all surfaces to
completely remove all wash solutions. Ensure the Al utensil is thoroughly dried before
putting it away.
Do not store acidic foods in Al utensils for a very long time as it may cause pitting.
