Troubleshooting
Problem Possible cause What to do
Foam The dishes were pre-washed by
hand with a large amount of
detergent.
Spilled rinse aid.
The cover of the rinse aid
dispenser was not closed.
Dishes do not need to be
prewashed.
Remove large food
scraps from the dishes before
loading.
If rinse aid has been spilled
during refilling, wipe up the
excess using a paper towel or
sponge.
Always take care to ensure that
the lid is closed after refilling
the rinse aid dispenser.
Water remains in the
dishwasher after the rinse
cycle
Clogged filters. Clean the filters following the
instructions in ‘Care and
cleaning’.
Ensure that the drain hose is
properly installed.
Drain hose bent or blocked.
