Root canal with a large apical foramen
Root canal with exceptionally large apical foramen due
to a lesion or incomplete development might disturb the
electrical signal.
Root canal with liquid overflowing from the opening
Root canal with blood or any other liquid overflowing
from the opening and in contact with the gingival tissue
