GENERAL INFORMATION
CAUTION
During operaon or aer ironing,
never place the hot base on
anything other than the thermal
insulaon xture.
Filling hole
Fill the water tank with water through the
lling hole. Make sure that the water does
not exceed the maximum level indicated
on the water tank. Use the tank handle to
handle the tank.
Temperature buon
Turn the temperature buon to set the
ironing temperature based on the fabrics to
be ironed.
Min – Minimum temperature posion.
• – Indicated for synthec fabrics and silk
(70 °C<T<120 °C).
•• – Indicated for wool (100 °C<T<160 °C)
••• Indicated for coon (140 °C<T<210 °C)
Max – Maximum temperature posion –
Indicated for linen (170°C<T<230°C).
Temperature indicator
When the appliance is plugged in, the
temperature indicator light switches on.
As soon as the iron reaches the selected
temperature, the light switches o. The
temperature indicator light switches on and
o during the iron’s operaon, indicang
that it is working properly.
Steam buon
When the appliance has heated up to the
selected temperature and the temperature
indicator switches o, gently press the
steam buon and steam will be sprayed
from the base of the iron.
Release the steam buon for dry ironing,
without steam.
Cleaning indicator buon
The appliance should be cleaned when the
cleaning buon light switches on.
Before cleaning, prepare a container
with capacity above 300ml to collect the
wastewater; then, place the iron inside
the container and place the container on a
stable surface. An empty kitchen worktop
can also be used instead of a container.
For more thorough cleaning of the circuit,
check that the temperature buon is in
the “Max” posion before acvang the
cleaning funcon.
