GENERAL INFORMATION
CAUTION
During operaon or aer ironing,
never place the hot base on
anything other than the thermal
insulaon xture.
Filling hole
Fill the water tank with water through the
lling hole. Make sure that the water does
not exceed the maximum level indicated
on the water tank. Use the tank handle to
handle the tank.
Temperature buon
Turn the temperature buon to set the
ironing temperature based on the fabrics to
be ironed.
Min – Minimum temperature posion.
• – Indicated for synthec fabrics and silk
(70 °C<T<120 °C).
•• – Indicated for wool (100 °C<T<160 °C)
••• Indicated for coon (140 °C<T<210 °C)
Max – Maximum temperature posion –
Indicated for linen (170°C<T<230°C).
Temperature indicator
When the appliance is plugged in, the
temperature indicator light switches on.
As soon as the iron reaches the selected
temperature, the light switches o. The
temperature indicator light switches on and
o during the iron’s operaon, indicang
that it is working properly.
Steam buon
When the appliance has heated up to the
selected temperature and the temperature
indicator switches o, gently press the
steam buon and steam will be sprayed
from the base of the iron.
Release the steam buon for dry ironing,
without steam.
Cleaning indicator buon
The appliance should be cleaned when the
cleaning buon light switches on.
Before cleaning, prepare a container
with capacity above 300ml to collect the
wastewater; then, place the iron inside
the container and place the container on a
stable surface. An empty kitchen worktop
can also be used instead of a container.
For more thorough cleaning of the circuit,
check that the temperature buon is in
the “Max” posion before acvang the
cleaning funcon.
