When the temperature indicator
switches o, this means that the selected
temperature has been reached. You can
now start ironing.
WARNING: Never touch the hot base before
it has cooled down!
Steam ironing
Place the appliance on a stable and level
surface.
Always place the iron on the thermal
insulaon xture.
Hold the water tank handle and pull
horizontally.
Fill the water tank through the upper hole.
We recommend that you use puried water
with less chalk parcles (limescale). The
maximum capacity of the water tank is
1.2 litres and the water level should never
excess the “MAX” mark.
Place the water tank back in its correct
posion.
Connect the power cable plug to the wall
socket; the appliance switches on.
Turn the temperature buon to the
intended seng, which depends on the
item’s fabric; the temperature indicator
lights up and the iron begins to heat.
When the temperature indicator
switches o, this means that the selected
temperature has been reached. You can
now start steam ironing.
Press the steam buon gently, the steam
will be sprayed from the base connuously,
for steam ironing.
NOTE: Water may drip during the spraying
of the steam when the temperature is
lower than posion 2 of the temperature
buon. This is normal.
If you want to acvate the “Steam shot”
funcon to remove dicult creases,
connuously press the steam buon twice
to produce a shot of steam.
CARE TO BE TAKEN:
– Never touch the hot base at any me
before it has cooled down!
– Never point the steam towards people!
– Do not acvate the steam iron when the
iron is placed on the base of the unit so as
to prevent burns from steam.
Aer ironing, disconnect the power cable
plug from the wall socket. However, the
base will connue hot, so it should not be
touched with your hands.
CAUTION
during operaon or aer ironing,
never place the hot base on
anything other than the thermal
insulaon xture.
