3. Center the rear axle on the platform and take a reading. This
reading
is
the rear Gross Axle Weight (Reading 3).
4.
Compare the readings taken on the scales to the weight
ratings on the
Federal certification tag and wardrobe door
tag.
Fill
in
the chart to aid in comparing weights.
If
any readings are higher than the rating, you will have to
adjust or remove the load.
1 . Drive the front wheels onto the scale platform and take a
reading. This is the front Gross
Axle Weight (Reading 1).
