1. First make sure the Infrared Temperature Sensor is
clean and free from dirt.
2. If the environmental temperature is out of range,
then both patient and thermometer should stay in a
room between 50.0 - 104.0°F (10.0 - 40.0°C) for at least
30 minutes before taking a temperature
measurement.
3. If the problem persists aer trying the above
method, please contact the manufacturer.
