Measuring Resistance
edy04f.eps
XWWarning
To avoid electric shock, injury, or
damage to the Meter, disconnect
circuit power and discharge all high-
voltage capacitors before testing
resistance, continuity, diodes, or
capacitance.
Testing for Continuity
edy06f.eps
Note
The continuity function works best as a fast,
convenient method to check for opens and
shorts. For maximum accuracy in making
resistance measurements, use the Meter’s
resistance (e) function.
