Depends on the contact quality (on the connectors), length of cables
tested and on the section of pairs.
When this parameter is not compliant, you shall check if:
-there is no oxydations on contact
-the cable is < 100m
-quality of contact is firm
-cable used is a dedicated ethernet cable
