Step 2: Rotate the handlebar stem
The handlebar stem is rotated 180 degrees for shipping purposes. It must be rotated
to the proper orientation to complete assembly.
A. Remove the rubber cover and loosen the handlebar stem cover bolt using the
provided 5mm allen wrench.
B. Using the provided 4mm allen wrench, loosen the two stem clamp bolts
C. Rotate the handlebar stem 180 degrees ensuring the stem is aligned with the
front fork.
D. Tighten the stem clamp bolts to 6 Nm using a torque wrench with 4mm hex bit.
E. Tighten the stem cover bolt to 6 to 8 Nm using a torque wrench with 5mm hex
bit. Reinstall rubber cover on stem cover.
