Loud noises, the mower

Screws on engine, its fixing or
on the mower chasing are loose.
v Have screws tightened by an
authorised specialist dealer or
the FLYMO Service.
Mower runs unevenly or
vibrates strongly
Blade is damaged or the blade
mounting is released.
v Have blade tightened or
replaced by an authorised spe-
cialist dealer or the FLYMO Ser-
vice.
Blade is very dirty.
v Clean the mower
(see 4. MAINTENANCE). If this
does not rectify the problem,
contact the FLYMO Service.
The adjust knob is locked
The bumper is dirty.
v Clean the bumper.
Poor grass collection
Lid is not correct in place.
v Put the lid correct on the grass
box.
Airflow slots are dirty.
v Clean the mower
(see 4. MAINTENANCE).
Lawn is not cleanly cut.
Blade is blunt or damaged.
v Have blade replaced by the
FLYMO Service.
Cutting height is too low.
v Raise the cutting height.
NOTE: For other malfunctions speak to the FLYMO servicing department.
Repairs must only be done by FLYMO servicing departments or specialist dealers
approved by FLYMO.
