5.6 The High Temperature version
Focus 2010 HT
The furnace have specific feature adapted to high temperature firing,
Cycling at up to 1180 degrees and up to 4:30 Hours,
This product is adapt for all kind of alumina product sintering with and
without vacuum for all delay request in resolution of -from 1 minutes
up to 4:30 hours.
For high temp utilization with long cycles we recommend to exchange
the table without O ring, for short cycle up to 30 minutes no need to
change the table
All the programs can be modified and adapted to all kind of
manufacturer requests.
The Focus Ht is one of the only furnaces that allow you to sintering Alumina
as well as to fire the conventional ceramic in the same furnace.
In programs 201-250 the time presentation is in Hours and minutes HH:MM
In normal programs 1-199 the time presentation is in minutes and seconds
MM:SS
HT Program from 201 up to 249 incl. 100 °C – 1180 °C
Normal Program from prog 1 to 200 100 °C –1150 °C
5.7 Manual Pre-Heating/Drying
User can manually raise the platforms to any height in order to heat up an object or in
case additional pre-heating is required. In order to perform it, you should choose the
program number (PROG# - ENT), with START TEMP you will need to receive the optimal
preheating.
Press the UP arrow continuously and the platform
will start to rise. Move the platform by pressing the
UP arrow until the required distance between the
object and the opening of the muffle is achieved.
In order to lower the platform - use the DOWN arrow continuously.
