KEYS
In case of loss, replacement keys
are available from Ford Dealers by
stating the key number shown on
the tag provided with the original
keys.
For further information, refer to
section Engine immobilisation
system, page 80.
To ensure a trouble-free
data exchange between the
vehicle and key, do not shield the
keys with any metal objects.
Type 2
Key with radio frequency remote
control
The transmitter is integrated into
the key.
Type 1
You should always carry a second key
with you for emergencies.
Keep it in a safe place.
