Once the serum is applied, you can turn on your BEAR™ 2 go by pressing the Universal Button. This button also allows you to adjust the microcurrent intensity level with quick presses. The BEAR™ 2 go is designed with a Smart Swedish Design, making it ultra-lightweight and gently curved to comfortably fit the contours of your face and hand, ensuring ease of use and maneuverability. The device is powered by a rechargeable battery, offering up to 200 minutes of use per USB charge. A Bluetooth Indicator Light flashes to indicate when the device is in Bluetooth pairing mode and when it needs to be charged.
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your BEAR™ 2 go. After each use, it is essential to thoroughly clean the device. Wash the metallic spheres and the silicone surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm water. Pat the device dry with a lint-free, non-abrasive cloth or towel. For optimal results, FOREO recommends spraying the device with their Silicone Cleaning Spray after use and then rinsing with warm water.
Important cleaning notes: Never use cleaning products that contain alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as these can irritate the skin and damage the silicone material of the device.
The device is charged via a USB Charging Cable, allowing you to charge it anytime, anywhere. Before charging, always ensure that the plug and socket are completely dry to prevent electric shock, short circuits, or fire. The device should not be used while charging. If the device or charger appears damaged or is not working properly, discontinue use and only use the power cord supplied with your device.
For troubleshooting, if the device is not activating, it may indicate an empty battery, requiring a recharge for up to 1.5 hours. If the device cannot be switched off or the universal button is unresponsive, the microprocessor may be temporarily malfunctioning, and holding the universal button to restart the device should resolve the issue. If the device fails to sync with the FOREO For You app, try switching Bluetooth off and on, closing and reopening the app, or checking for app updates in your mobile device's app store.
The BEAR™ 2 go is designed for cosmetic use on the face and neck. Any harmful consequences resulting from misuse, application to other body areas, connection to improper voltage sources, dirty conductive solution or spheres, or any other improper applications are not the responsibility of FOREO. For hygiene reasons, sharing your BEAR™ 2 go with others is not recommended.
