Switches between Stand-by mode and normal mode (On/Off).

Changes Channel Up/Down
3. CHANNEL DISPLAY (4 digit / 7 Segment)
After pressing the power button, “ON” is showed on screen .
After the receiver searches the program, the program number is displayed as
“0001~3000”.
