Assembly
No1 Unfold dome and open out each arm
No 2 To close the joints, simply push inwards on the lowest part of each joint until they lock shut.
IMPORTANT: The joints will snap together with only a gentle pressure. If any resistance is felt - STOP and
check that no ribs are twisted or the fabric has not become entangled. NEVER force the joints.
Ensure the elasticised loops that hold the cover to the joints have not become detached in transit.
No 6 Slide the storm pole into the vertical tunnels on the front door and
attach to the storm pole attachments.
No 7 Attach porch
spreader arm to porch
ribs.
No 8 Fit groundsheet
via adjustable clips fitted
to the Explorer and
groundsheet.
No 4 Assemble the rear pole by
sliding the pole up the tunnel
and screwing the pole together
taking care not to trap the
material and insert pole into
moulded heel on the foot plate.
No 5 Lift the Explorer and fan out the arms connecting the 2 front porch
ribs into the spreader block making sure the ribs are fully inserted into the
spreader block.
No 3 Work your way
round the dome until
you have assembled the
five main ribs.
