KEY COMPONENTS
Overview
The Convertible Cooler Freezer provides temporary
point-of-use access to fresh proteins at the grill sta-
tion. Two drawers can hold specially designed orga-
nizers (not included) for storing product. The draw-
ers and optional organizers can be easily removed for
cleaning. Additionally, the refrigerated compartment
can be switched from refrigerator to freezer mode by
flipping a toggle switch. When in refrigerator mode,
the left digital temperature controller provides for
monitoring and adjustment of the unit. When in freez-
er mode, the right digital controllers fulfills this func-
tion.
A 30" and 18" model of the unit are available. For this
manual, the 30" will be shown for steps that apply to
both models.
