E9 Function Error
Check the fan capacitor wiring is not getting loose.

Outdoor fan high speed(black wire to N terminal) normal
Resistance should be around 83Ω. If it is over 1k Ω or less that 10 Ω, fan is bad or the fan is under over heat
protection. It can be cooled down to auto-reset.
