Why the bumper on my Friendly Robotics Robomow RL500 isn't working?
    • T
      tcannonSep 8, 2025
If the bumper on your Friendly Robotics Lawn Mower does not activate when striking an obstacle, it could be because the obstacle is less than 6 inches (15 cm) in height, is not rigid enough, or is positioned at an angle relative to the ground preventing square contact with the outermost surface of the bumper. Remove the obstacle or exclude it from the cutting area with the perimeter wire.

Why my Friendly Robotics Robomow RL500 won't turn on and the LCD screen is blank?
    • B
      bradleyhansenAug 23, 2025
If your Friendly Robotics Lawn Mower is not operating and the LCD screen is blank, it could be in deep sleep mode due to not being connected to the charger. To resolve this, lift the Power Pack from the mower and re-insert it after 10 seconds. Another reason could be that the Power Pack has been discharged from lack of charge maintenance. It is required for the charger to remain connected to the Robomower when not in use.
