Check to ensure that the air circulation inside isn't blocked by how the freezer is loaded; make sure to load it according to company standards. Also, inspect the door to make sure it seals properly; if it doesn't, it should be repaired by an authorized technician. Finally, a leakage in the cooling system could be the cause, which also requires repair by an authorized technician.
