5. Visually and physically inspect that the anchor is fully and properly installed.
6. Once correctly installed and inspected, anchor is ready for use with the
compatible additional PFAS.
WARNING: Wood substrate must be fully secured to the building structure and
be able to withstand minimum breaking strength of 5,000 lbs or as part of a
complete personal fall arrest system which maintains a safety factor of at least
two under the supervision of a qualified person as described by OSHA 1926.502.
