Why is the entire paper area printed black on my Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-V 4020?
If your Fuji Xerox All in One Printer is printing the entire paper area in black, the drum cartridge may have deteriorated or is damaged. Replace the drum cartridge with a new one. If replacing the drum cartridge does not resolve the issue, contact our Customer Support Center.
