This feature allows you to output sheets sorted into sets that are arranged in page order for
copying multiple documents.
1 Place the document.

When using the document glass, make sure that the size and orientation of document displayed in the original
size display area match the placed document.

* When there is no document size displayed in the original size display area, the machine automatically sets the
document size and orientation based on the size and orientation of paper loaded in the selected tray and the
zoom ratio that you have specified.

2 Press the <Collated> button to select the output
method.
Off (light is off)
Uncollated. The machine outputs the specified number of copies and sorts sheets by page.
On
The machine outputs sheets sorted into sets that are arranged in page order.
When a document is placed in the document feeder, it automatically turns on. You can also change
the setting to off.
