MAINTENANCE
MONTHLY
• Inspect coil and clean as necessary.
• Inspect filter and clean as necessary.
• Wipe outside
of
panel.
• Inspect indoor coil and clean as necessary.
ANNUALLY
• Clean coil annually or as required by location and outdoor air conditions.
• At the start
of
each cooling season check all drains and drain pans.
LUBRICATION
• The indoor fan, automatic air sweep, and outdoor fan are factory lubricated and require no oiling.
