Why is my Fujitsu ASY14FSBCW cooling poorly?
    • S
      Steven ThompsonJul 31, 2025
Several factors can cause poor cooling performance in your Fujitsu Air Conditioner. Check if the air filter is dirty, or if the air conditioner’s intake grille or outlet port is blocked. Ensure that you have correctly adjusted the room temperature settings (thermostat). Also, check if there is a window or door open, or if bright sunlight is entering the room (close the curtains). Other factors include the presence of heating apparatus and computers inside the room, too many people in the room, or if the unit is set for SUPER QUIET operation.

How to fix a Fujitsu Air Conditioner that doesn’t operate immediately?
    • R
      Richard WoodAug 9, 2025
If the Fujitsu Air Conditioner is stopped and then immediately started again, the compressor will not operate for about 3 minutes to prevent fuse blowouts. Also, whenever the Power Supply Plug is disconnected and then re-connected to a power outlet, the protection circuit will operate for about 3 minutes, preventing unit operation during that period.

Why is there noise coming from my Fujitsu Air Conditioner?
    • L
      Lauren ThompsonAug 13, 2025
During operation, and immediately after stopping the unit, the sound of water flowing in the air conditioner’s piping may be heard. Also, noise may be particularly noticeable for about 2 to 3 minutes after starting operation because of the sound of coolant flowing. During operation, a slight squeaking sound may be heard, which results from minute expansion and contraction of the front cover due to temperature changes.
