You might be running an application that uses a lot of power; use both the primary battery and an optional second battery and/or use a power adapter when possible. The power savings features may be disabled; check the Power Options menu settings. The brightness may be turned up too high; lower the brightness adjustment. The batteries could be old or have been exposed to high temperatures; replace them. Finally, the batteries might be too hot or too cold; restore the notebook to normal operating temperature.

  If your Fujitsu Laptop system powers up and displays power on info, but doesn’t load the OS, the boot sequence settings of the setup utility may not be compatible with your configuration. Set the operating source by pressing the [ESC] key while the Fujitsu logo is on screen or use the [F2] key to enter the setup utility and adjust the source settings from the Boot menu. Alternatively, you may have a secured system requiring a password to load your operating system. Make sure you have the right password. Enter the setup utility and verify the Security settings and modify them accordingly.
