How can I get my gear doors to open and close delayed to the movement of my gear?
There are a variety of ways to accomplish this challenging set-up. The easiest way to do this is using
two additional conditions and a slightly unusual single switch set-up. With this set-up, the gear doors
will open rapidly and the gear will lower slowly when gear is lowered; then when the gear is raised,
the gear raises rapidly and the gear doors close slowly behind them.
Get everything else operating exactly as desired in the base condition.
{Note, in this example, switch E’s position 1 is the base condition which we will not use in flight (but is required for proper operation of the radio), the 0
position is the DOWN condition and the 2 position is the UP condition. Alternatively, the base to gear-down condition could be activated by a switch,
slider, or knob positioning after the radio is on, then a 2-position switch could be used to create the up/down scenario.}
Repeat for Aux 2, but follow the channel 6
servo not channel 1, and set to -100% to
operate properly as aileron.

Copy the base condition into 2 other conditions,
one called “down” and one “up.”
Set up everything as desired in the base condition except the gear-up/down and gear door operation.
See instructions on creating and copying conditions, Section E.
Set the servo slow action in both conditions. With Switch E in 0 Position, Open ATV and Set Gear
