Logs lying flat on the ground
Cut the log to half way, then turn it over and
saw through from the opposite side.
Supported logs
In area "A" first cut from the bottom to about
one third of the log diameter, then make the
final cut from top to bottom. In area "B" first
cut down to about one third of the log
diameter from top to bottom, then make the
final cut from bottom to top.
Cutting off the branches of a felled tree
First check in which direction the branch is
bent. Then make the first incision on the
inside of the bend and then cut through the
branch from the opposite side.
ATTENTION
Watch out for rebounding branches and twigs.
Cleaning out standing trees
First cut from bottom to top, then saw
through the branch from the top.
1. ensure that the ladder is stable and not
unstable
use.
2. do not exceed the range.
3. do not saw above shoulder height.
4. always hold the chainsaw with both hands.
