To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, or by statute, including but not limited
to the fitness of the product for a particular purpose any liability arising therefrom. in addition, Gweike Co., Ltd.will not be liable for any incidental,
special, indirect or consequential damages (which may arise from use, misuse, inability to use or product defects).
When consumers apply for warranty service, they are obliged to back up all important personal data in advance. During the maintenance process, such
as replacing parts or updating the product software version, the data will disappear during the maintenance process, and Gweike Co., Ltd. will not
provide data backup or the integrity of relevant data and setting values.
The product enjoys free shipping and free maintenance warranty service within 15 days of the delivery time, and the courier fee needs to be paid after
15 days from the delivery time to within the warranty period.
Any replaced or repaired product will retain the remaining warranty period of the original product or the 30-day warranty after the replacement, and
Gweike Co., Ltd. will give the longer warranty of the two.
Due to factors such as laws and regulations, safety regulations, tariffs, maintenance technology and spare parts inventory in various countries and
regions, products sold in some countries and regions cannot be sent back to Gweike Technology Co., Ltd. for warranty service. Gweike Technology Co.,
Ltd. can only provide limited warranty service. If the recipient's country has additional customs duties, it will be borne by the consumer.
For products sold by dealers, please contact the dealer for after-sales support, this warranty service is not applicable to such products.
The processing quality is highly related to the user's operation, processing material, and processing environment, and is not covered by the warranty.
