Function Description
The PK300DC/PK350DC Swing Gate Opener is designed for single-leaf swing gates. It utilizes a worm and worm gear combined with screw rod transmission for its drive mechanism. The gate opener is intended for installation within an enclosure or yard for protection. It can be controlled via a remote-control unit, which operates in either single-button or three-button mode depending on the specific gate opener type. The system includes safety features such as the ability to unlock the main engine and gate for manual operation using a disengagement wrench. The control unit supports various input types, including photocell, photo stop, analog opening/closing edge, start, and pedestrian start. It also features adjustable slowdown speed and obstacle detection sensitivity. The system can be configured for automatic closing, condominium function, and single-wing mode.

Usage Features
- Remote Control: The gate opener is operated via a remote-control unit. The indicator light on the remote flickers when a button is pressed.
- Manual Operation: In case of power failure or maintenance, the main engine and gate can be unlocked using a disengagement wrench for manual operation.
- Quick Installation: The system offers a "Quick installation" feature to automatically program working times. By opening both wings and holding the "up" button until "AU" is displayed, the control unit will perform tests and learn the working times.
- Auto Learning Transmitters: New transmitters can be learned quickly without accessing the base menu. Transmit three times with the new remote, with at least a 1-second pause between transmissions.
- Base Menu Settings: The base menu allows configuration of:
- Operating Logic (OL): Step-by-step logic (5T), automatic closing with stop function (At), automatic closing for condominium function (CD).
- Learning/Removing Transmitters (LC): Learn transmitters on channel 1 (C1) or channel 2 (C2), or delete all transmitters (Rt).
- Learn Working Times (LT): Automatic (AU) or manual (MN) learning procedures.
- Set Pause Times (5P): Adjustable pause time between 0 and 99 seconds.
- Dead Man Mode (DM): Allows individual control of motor 1 (01 open, C1 close) and motor 2 (02 open, C2 close).
- Advanced Menu Settings: The advanced menu provides more detailed configuration options:
- Working Times (TM): Modify working times for motor 1 (T1), slowdown for motor 1 (S1), motor 2 (T2), slowdown for motor 2 (S2), motors delay opening (DO), motors delay closing (DC), and electric lock activation time (TL).
- Single Gate Mode (5G): Verify or set if the gate operates in single-wing mode (motor 2).
- Load Factory Defaults (d2): Resets all settings to factory defaults.
- Release End Travel Torque (RC): Enables motors to reverse direction briefly at the end of travel to release torque.
- Opening Analog Edge (EO): Enables the analog edge input during the opening period.
- Closing Analog Edge (EC): Enables the analog edge input during the closing period.
- Auto Learning Transmitters (AR): Enables the quick learning feature for new transmitters.
- Kickback Stroke (c5): Enables a stroke at the start to unlock the electric lock and a final stroke to lock it.
- Radio Mode (rm): Modifies how transmitters work with the control unit, including step-by-step mode (5T) and different button configurations (r1, r2).
- Safety Stopper: Essential for preventing the gate from exceeding its range. For outward-opening gates, a safety block is required at the OPEN limit position. For inward-opening gates, a safety stopper is needed at the CLOSE limit position.
Maintenance Features
- Regular Inspection: It is recommended to check the gate's normal operation every month.
- Infrared Protector: For enhanced safety, it is suggested to equip each gate with an infrared protector and conduct regular inspections.
- Professional Installation and Maintenance: All installation and maintenance procedures must be carried out by professionals.
- Cable Protection: To ensure normal operation and prevent cable damage, PVC pipes should be used for laying motor, power, and control cables, with separate pipes for (motor and power cable) and (control cable).
- Troubleshooting Guide: The manual includes a troubleshooting section to address common issues such as the gate not opening/closing, remote control not working, gate not moving smoothly, and motor output force problems. Solutions range from checking power supply and fuses to adjusting trimmers and removing obstacles.
- Warranty: The product comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of invoice, covering repairs or replacements for quality problems, provided there is no unauthorized dismantling or damage due to incorrect use or human error. A maintenance record section is included to log check dates, content, and the person who maintained the device.
