SL40
includes
an RS232 serial
port,
which can be used for
inputtrng
frequency and
function control commands and
outpurting
transceiver status. This is an optional connection.
When rnaking serial
conrtections to
the SL40, Lrse
a shiclded thrcc conductor cable. Make the
RxD, TxD, and
grouncl
connections
on the

pin
conncctor.
Connect the shield to the
rear
of
the mounting
fiame on
the connector
plate.
The SL40 can bc connected
