If power is present, inspect the motor, impeller magnet, and magnet driver assembly for defects. Replace the motor if the fan isn't spinning when plugged in and in run mode. Check the impeller for obstructions or replace the impeller magnet assembly. Ensure the screw holding the driver magnet to the motor shaft is tight.
