The phase currents, ground current, and phase voltages are
of a double precision number format which is composed of 1
sign bit, 8 exponential bits, and 23 mantissa bits.
The following lists the possible events and the corresponding
hexadecimal number which will be found at byte 3 of each
event record. Only those events marked with an asterisk will
have their current and voltage parameters recorded.
