1. Flip up the support leg, then lift cover
straight up
(this will
disengage the
locked hinge).

This will cook the food on both sides
at the same time. This is the quickest
method.

Open the grill for more grilling surface.
This will require a longer cooking time
but you can cook twice as much.
2. Lower the cover as far as it will go
to the flat
position.
