To Use the Dispenser
SelectCUBED,CRUSHEDor WATER.
Presstheglassgentlyagainstthe top
ofthedispensercradle.
Thespillshelfisnotself-draininq.Toreducewater
spotting,theshelfanditsgrille_houldbecleaned
regularly.
tfnowater isdispensedwhenthe refrigeratoris
firstinstalled,theremaybeairinthewaterline
system.Pressthedispenserarmforat leasttwo
minutestoremovetrappedairfromthe waterline
andto fillthewatersystem.Toflushoutimpurities
inthewater line,throwawaythefirstsixglassfuls
ofwater.
CAUTION:Neverput fingersoranyotherobjects
intotheicecrusherdischargeopening.
Locking the Dispenser
PresstheLOCKorLOCKCONTROLSpadfor
3secondsto lockthe dispenserandcontrolpanel.
Tounlock,pressandholdthe padagainfor
3seconds.
Dispenser Light
TheLIGHTpadturnsthenight I!ghtinthe
dispenseron andoff.Thelightalsocomeson
whenthedispensercradleispressed.Formodels
Quick Ice
Whenyouneedto speedupiceproduction,use
theQuickIcefeature.Whilethisfeatureisturnedon,
thefreezerfanrunscontinuouslyfor/48hours,or
untilthefeatureisturnedOFEDuringthisperiod,
iceproductionwill increaseupto/40%.Modelswith
theintegratedicefeaturesystemrequireat FIRST
USEat leasthalfan8oz.glassof iceto bedispensed
every6to 12hours.Thiswillhelpthe icemakerfillthe
bucketproperlysothatdispensingisbetter.
witha bulb,i.fthe light burnsout,it shouldbe
replacedwitha 6 watt 12Vmaximumbulb.For
LEDmodelscontactFactoryService.
Door Alarm
UseDoor Alarmto soundifeitherdoorisopen
formorethan3minutes.Thealarmwillstop
oncethedoorisclosed.ForLCDmodels,a popup
?creenwillappear.Thealarmcanbesilenced
bytouchingtheLCDscreen.

Precise Fill (on some models)
Thiswater dispenserisequippedwith afeature
called"precisefill."Thisfeatureallowsyou to
choosea preciseamountof water(cupsor
ounces)thatyouwouldlikedispensed.Pints
andLitersarealsoavailablefor LCDmodels.
TouchLEDDispenserControl
O Pressthe PRECISEFILLCUPS/OZpad.
TheWATERpadwilllightandtheCRUSHED
andCUBEDice padswillturnoff.Thelast
unitusedwillbedisplayed.
PressthePRECISEFILLpadagainto toggle
betweencupsandounces.
Ifyou selectedOUNCES,pressthe A or V pad
to selectthenumberofouncesyouwould like
to havedispensedbetween2-99 ounces.
Thedefaultis8 ounces.
Ifyou selectedCUPS,pressthe A or v pad
toselecttheamountyouwouldliketo have
dispensed.Theyaredisplayedas 1//4,1/3,1/2,2/]
and]//4,with the highestamountbeing163//4
cups.Thedefaultis1cup.
Pressthecupagainstthecradleandwater
willbegindispensing,ttwill automaticallystop
whentheamountsethasbeendispensed.
Thedisplaywill showthe amountof water
dispensed,beep,thenresetafter5 seconds.
NOTE:Donotleavethedispenserunattended
whenwaterisbeingdispensed.

tfyou wouldliketo stopdispensingwater
beforethespecifiedamounthasbeen
dispensed,just removethe cupfrom the
cradle.Thedisplaywill showthe amountthat
hasbeendispensedfor 5seconds,tfthe cup
switchispressedagainwithinthattime,the
dispenserwillcontinueuptothesetamount.
tf not,thedisplaywill returnto the set
amount.
