What to do if GE Air Conditioner cycles on and off too much?
    • C
      collinsstacyAug 4, 2025
If your GE Air Conditioner is cycling on and off too frequently or struggling to cool the room in cooling mode, several factors could be at play. Ensure the air conditioner is appropriately sized for your RV. A dirty or obstructed filter can also cause issues, so clean it thoroughly. Make sure that louvers are open and all windows and doors are closed. Avoid operating the air conditioner in cooling mode when the outside temperature is below 65°F (18°C). If the room is excessively hot, allow extra time for cooling. Adjust the temperature control to a cooler setting and set the fan speed to the highest setting.

Why is my GE Air Conditioner not turning on?
    • L
      Laura WilliamsAug 12, 2025
If your GE Air Conditioner isn't operating, start by checking your household fuses or circuit breakers and replace the fuse or reset the breaker if needed. If the issue persists, it's best to consult an electrician. Also, make sure the mode isn't set to OFF; press the POWER button or switch the Mode control to an active setting. Lastly, verify that there isn't a local power outage, and if so, wait for the power to be restored.

What to do if my GE ARC13AACWK1 Air Conditioner keeps tripping the breaker?

      Adam SimsAug 20, 2025
If your GE Air Conditioner is blowing fuses or tripping circuit breakers, consider these possibilities: too many appliances might be running on the same circuit. Ensure you are using the correct time-delay fuse or circuit breaker; if not, replace it with one of the correct capacity. Also, wait at least 3 minutes after turning off the air conditioner before attempting to restart it.

How to stop water from dripping inside from my GE ARC13AACWK1?
    • N
      Nicole TrujilloAug 27, 2025
If water is dripping from your GE Air Conditioner cabinet into your house, the indoor coil may be frozen. You can de-ice it by running the fan until it's clear. Also, the air conditioner’s mounting gasket might not be sealed against the roof. Check the mounting bolts and tighten them to 45 ± 5 in-lbs if necessary.
