Problem Possible Solution
E3 error is displayed on
LCD (NOT OK Condition
detected).
• Verify that connectors are firmly seated and
free of corrosion
• Verify transducer is properly wired
• Verify no shorts exist between wires at connector
• Verify that the transducer power supply is working
properly by measuring the voltage between
transducer PWR(RED)and COM(BLK). Acceptable
range is 4.9 to 5.2 Vdc
• Verify that the transducer cable is working
properly by replacing it with a known good cable
• Verify that the transducer is working properly by
either replacing it with a known good transducer or
by testing the existing transducer for proper
operation on a shake table.
