(t3) XML Version Check:
The SSD control shall display the XML Version Number in the decimal
number system automatically alternating between:
*** Displaying the 2-digit Major XML Version number and the LED
for the Extended Tumble key will be turned on.
*** Displaying the 2 digit minor XML version number and the LED
for the Damp Alert key will be turned on.
