    Why won't the storage drawer close on my GE JS760BL2TS Ranges?

      If the storage drawer on your GE Ranges won’t close, the power cord may be obstructing the drawer in the lower back of the range, so reposition the drawer and power cord. See the Storage Drawer Removal Instructions in the Care and cleaning of the range section. Also, the rear drawer support may be on top of the guide rail, so reposition the drawer. See the Storage Drawer Removal instructions in the Care and cleaning of the range section. Finally, the soft close mechanism may be uncoupled from the drawer, so reset the mechanism. See Soft Close Drawer section.

      If you are unable to get the display to show “OFFSET” on your GE Ranges, the oven control pads were not touched properly. The BROIL HI/LO and BAKE pads must be touched at the same time and held for 3 seconds.

Press the Cancel/Off pad and allow the oven to cool for one hour before putting it back into operation. If the function code repeats, disconnect all power to the oven for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect power. If the error persists, call for service.
