• The instantaneous-protection function protects the distribution system against
solid short-circuits. Contrary to the short-time protection function, the tripping
delay for instantaneous protection is not adjustable.
• The trip signal is sent to the circuit breaker as soon as current exceeds the set
value. This function is based on peak measurements.
• User can choose the instantaneous pickup as OFF, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10. For OFF
setting instantaneous will be disabled.
Note: - It is recommended not to turn Inst OFF

• Der Unverzögerte Kurzschluss Kanal schützt die Verteilung gegen hohe
Kurzschlussströme. Im Gegensatz zum Kurzeitschutz ist die Auslöseverzöger ung
für den Kurzschlussschutz nicht einstellbar.
• Der Auslöseimpuls wird sofort , bei überschreiten eines Grenzwertes erzeugt.
Diese Messung basiert auf einer Spitzenstrommessung.
• Die Grenzwerte können eingestellt werden zu: Aus (OFF), 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 10. In
Stellung Aus ist der Kanal abgeschaltet. Es ist empfohlen diesen Kanal nicht
abzuschalten.
