Adding Detergent
NOTE:Useonlg low-sudsing,
high-efficiencg detergent such as
Tide®HE.
Add measured detergent to the detergent
compartment of the dispenserdrawer.
, Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
Detergent isflushed through the
dispenser at the beginning of the wash
phase. Eitherpowdered or liquid
detergent can be used.
When using liquid detergent, make sure
the detergent boxand insert are in place.
Forpowdered detergent, remove both
the detergent boxand insert. Powdered
detergent will not dispense with the
detergent box and insert in place.
Detergent usagemag need to be
adjusted for water temperature, water
hardness,sizeand soillevel of the load.
Avoid usingtoo much detergent in gour
washer,as it can lead to oversudsing and
detergent residuebeing left on the
clothes.
Adding Fabric Softener
Ifdesired,pour the recommended
amount of liquid fabric softener into the
left-hand compartment. Useonlg liquid
fabric softener.
Dilutewith water to the maximum fill line.
, Donot exceedthe maximum fill line.
Overfilling can cause earlg dispensing
of the fabric softener,which could stain
clothes.
NOTE: Do not pour fabric softener directlg
on the wash load. It mag stain the clothes.
