"Nothing Seems to Work" Flow Chart
Do you get a
240 VAC reading
between
line 1 & line 2,
120 VAC
between
line 1 & neutral,
120 VAC
between
line 2 & neutral
on the board?
Verify if
keypad is
connected
correctly
to board.
All eight pins
must be plugged in
and black wire
must be on top
of the plug.
Replace transformer
fuse if there is still nothing on
the keypad display.
There is
an electrical
wiring
problem.
Call an
electrician.
Replace board if
problem still persists.

If nothing seems to work, follow Troubleshooting Flow Chart below to
identify the problem:
If nothing still works,
clean the transformer
orange connector pins
(even a small coating of film may
cause a bad connection).
Replace transformer if
problem persists.
