3. Monitoring of energy consumption and preventive maintenance
• Energy Monitor
- The Energy Monitor function lets you display, totalize, and save energy consumption (for example,
KWh) of a single device or of a single heating zone.
- You can configure calculation and display of the cost (in currency) for totalized consumption.
Benefits
- Detection of abnormal consumption, possibly caused by breakdowns or malfunctions of the device.
- Availability of energy consumption data helps define strategies to reduce/optimize energy costs in the
production process.

• Maintenance Minder
- By measuring the number of switchings performed by the actuator (contactor, relay, other) or by
totalizing the number of working hours (of SWIR lamps), you can schedule preventive maintenance.
- When the set value is reached, a signal with Warning message is activated.
