Clean and dry all pastry-press components before first use.
Clean components in hot water; unscrew rings (5, 7) to disassemble.
List of ingredients required for the pastry dough.
Instructions for mixing and chilling the dough before use.
Screw closing ring with piston (5) onto cylinder (6) and pull out.
Fill the cylinder (6) with the pastry dough for operation.
Insert desired disc (8) into closing ring (7) and screw back onto cylinder (6).
Select desired dough thickness using the regulator (4).
Rest filled press on tray and press lever (3) downwards to extrude dough.
Hold press slightly slanted when using piping nozzles (9).
